Life’s most important relationships can also become the places where we struggle the most... with ourselves, our partners, our children, or in the process of who we’re becoming. You may be feeling disconnected, caught in patterns that aren’t working, or going through a uniquely difficult time. I work with men, adolescents, fathers, couples, and families to better understand these challenges and build healthier relationships and more meaningful ways of living. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, parenting, or a major life transition, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in respect. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing people or having all the answers. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped your life while building on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
I have over thirteen years of experience as a mental health therapist, and consider it an honor to do this work. I'm currently taking new clients residing in Maryland and New York for telehealth therapy.
While transitions and change can be hard, they also provide invitation for us to rediscover who we are and how we want to move forward in our life. I believe the right therapeutic space can help unveil answers that are already within you by providing space free of judgement, being told what to do, and opportunity to deepen our understandings of self.
Through our work together I will offer nurturance, support, and reframing to help make growth more possible. I practice from a humanistic perspective while integrating psychodynamic principles, family systems theory, and strengths-based practice - all which basically means I will honor your experience while helping you increase your self-awareness to move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing life transitions such as motherhood, relationship challenges, or familial challenges. Together, we can reframe unhelpful thought patterns as we explore sources of anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or confusion within a space that's free of judgement.
Above all, I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you discover new ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter most. I offer telehealth therapy and see individual clients, couples, and families residing in Maryland.
